Information we process

To provide accounts, orders, license delivery, and customer support, we process your verified email address, display name you provide, sign-in provider identifier, and order and invoice information. Payment providers process card details; FastRemote does not store complete card numbers.

How we use information

We use this information only to authenticate you, complete transactions, deliver licenses, process renewals and invoices, protect accounts, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

License and device information

The licensing service processes device binding and activation status under the product rules. The commerce portal stores only the masked license snapshot needed for display, and never stores a full license code in browser storage.

Website analytics

We use Baidu Analytics on public portal pages to understand visits, traffic sources, viewed pages, browser and device types, network logs, IP addresses, and approximate regions. We also record non-identifying events such as downloads, successful feedback submissions, registration, sign-in, and checkout starts. Analytics is not loaded in the account center or checkout pages. We do not intentionally send email addresses, user IDs, order references, license information, or feedback text to Baidu. See the Baidu Analytics Privacy Policy.

Retention and security

Session tokens are stored only as digests, payment callbacks require server-side signature verification, and administrative actions are written to an append-only audit log. We retain records only as long as needed for operations, compliance, and dispute handling.
