Make your first SSH connection
- Install FastRemote for your operating system, then start the trial online or activate your license in the app.
- Add an SSH connection with the server address, port, and username. Choose password or private key authentication.
- Verify the host key fingerprint with your server administrator on the first connection. Once connected, enter commands in the terminal.
The server must have SSH enabled and allow your account to sign in. Your server administrator or cloud provider can supply the connection details.
